Our Project Management Division has handled some of the most unique and interesting projects in the local area. Additionally, our personnel have been involved in yacht projects ranging from 188’ to 36’ both new builds and refit, as well as scheduled maintenance.  Owners that we work for recognize the need to have their interests represented in any yard no matter what size the project is.  Maintaining a budget, time schedule as well as daily decision-making and technical experience is all necessary for keeping a successful project on track.  Often the monies we save our owners in billing oversight pay for our services.
